Oregon State Fair.....

Today we went to Salem and the Oregon State Fair.  We got there as the gate opened and started trecking around the large fair grounds visiting the exhibit halls, consession stands, vendors, and of course Ashlee's favorite, carnival rides and all the animal barns. 

This years trip was finally comfortable and not too hot!  Most years when we have been able to go it has been 90 or 100 degrees! Youch! Today was a cool, comfortable 65. 

The carnival rides were plentiful and drained our pockets of lots of mooollaa! But good thing because Ashlee and I were able to do a couple rides together and she did some others herself!  Check it out!

All in all it was a great day, Sawyer had a good time with all the animals, even got to pet a baby goat and check out some baby chicks in the poultry barn.  Had some ice cream and noodles.. until next years fair.
