Best Dam Run ... Well maybe.

Today was the annual best Dam Run 10k. I have not really been able to do a lot of running in the last month. So I felt very in prepared for this run. 

The weather was not really cooperating. All morning before the race we were stuck in showers, but at least it was still warm. 

We made it through the race and the rain actually held off until  after the race.  

Love this!! We all got medals!!! Yeah!

RUN GIRLFRIEND...RUN! 5k Race

Today was our race in Sandy OR.

And of course the rain did show up!! 

at the cold,wet line up..just before the fun BEGINS!!

We got some great goody bags and this years shirts are Pink!! Love❤

Considering the rain I had a pretty good race. I did not have to walk at all and I finished 48th out of 252!! Yeah me!! And I was so proud ... My girlfriends finished with great standings too. We all made the first I'd three pages for our times!

So I finally have gotten around to scrappin' some photos from my Shamrock race!  I know it was more than a month ago but... here they are!!

This year our team exploded to 58 WOW!!! we are so close for the goal of 75!  Next year we will hit the SUPER team goal...

Run Girlfriend Run

Today was the day for our 5k run in Sandy OR!  The rain held off until the end!

My girlfriends and I gathered to run... 

                                                       and my little sis and her friend too!

and the race started promptly at 9AM! off we went thru the streets, tracks,and trails.... oh I love this run and the great motivating signs along the way TOTALLY help!
we made it! Here we are at the finish!

Great job Codi and Emily... so proud that you RAN the whole race!

This was my first actual timed race under 30 minutes!! yeah!

Oregon City Fun Run 2012

I know that we just had Ashlee Running in the Jog-a-thon...but now this is the FUN RUN!!!

I got to hand out silly bands ... as the kids finished a lap..
