Weekend Fun

Wow this week has been crazy!! Lots and lots of bazaars, so so little time!! Thanks to all that came to see us at Beavercreek!!

Teacher gifts

I cannot believe that the year is almost over. I wanted to get something for Ashlee's teacher to show how much she had enjoyed having her for the year. 

Found this idea on Pinterest and just couldn't pass it up. It's just my style.

I have to share the cute banners!!

I wanted to have a craft at our March Moms Club meeting so a friend and I did some die cut fun and prepared these items for some LUCKY banners.

Valentine crafts

I was on Pinterest the other night.. found the best idea for kids' teachers. Valentine s'more mix in a jar!!

This is from Anightowlblog!! So cute. 

So we decided to try it out only with our own twist in it ..

Instead of the print out labels we used the heart punch, sharpie and tape runner for handmade labels. 

The lids are simple scrapbook paper and a twist on lid.

Now just to make the actual s'more mix!!

It is a mixture if three items 

1. Valentine m&ms

2. Mini marshmallows

3. Graham cracker gold fish

We decided to make a couple for teachers and Family. 

Cannot wait to hand them out!!! Happy Valentines day!!

St Patrick's Day Wreath

I know that Valentine is just now over, but I found this super cute St Patricks Day wreath on Pinterest and I just HAVE to make it!!..

She has great instructions on how she made this, a wire coat hanger into a circle,  fabric strips 1" x 6" peices of scrap fabric.. and tie around until covered. I used just some wire that we had in the garage... got some great colored fabrics and I also spied these super cute crochet shamrocks on pinterest....

and here is my wreath..... thanks to Ashlee and Sawyer for helping to tie on the fabric strips :)

 WoooLAAA........... Finished and hung!! LUCKY :o)

Crochet boot cuffs

So I know I have not been posting much of anything lately other than my photo a day. So I decided to show you what I have been working on crafty wise.

I have really been all Gitty about learning to crochet. It is so fun and fast moving as compared to knitting.

Someone asked me of I had seen these boot cuffs and if I could try to make some. So I found a pattern and let me tell you how helpful Pinterest is for that!! Love it. ❤❤

Here is the pattern and so far I have three sets. I'll show you the one set so far.

Craft Fair !! Knitting OH MY!!!

Hi all! So excited I get to have my knitting at a Craft Fair!! I will try to have a few different things available for sale there... it will be November 10th at the Oregon City Highschool! 
please stop by and check us out!  Here are a few pictures of the things that I will have at the booth!

There will be at least three other people knitting crafts and we also have a crochet person doing some really cute posie dish rags!!

It will be LOADS of fun and LOADS of Christmas shopping !!!!
