Shamrock banner fun!!

I have to share the cute banners!!

I wanted to have a craft at our March Moms Club meeting so a friend and I did some die cut fun and prepared these items for some LUCKY banners. 

Here are some of what they turned out!!!

shamrock scrap pages

So I finally have gotten around to scrappin' some photos from my Shamrock race!  I know it was more than a month ago but... here they are!!

Shamrock 2013 over 35000 runners... Makes for a lot of peeps!

This year's team was SO amazing.  we had record numbers sign up! 58 in all.  Next year we will be a Super Team and hit 75!

I was very very nervous that we were going to get SO wet... but the Sun came out!

 ..still chilly but at least there is no rain... this is Kat and I before the run....

 we started racing and the SUN is out! Yeah!

I finished in 53.17 (wow that is great for me)

 oh yeah ... oh yeah... I made it .. to the finish line!!!

the best part of the Shamrock race is the free Beer and Chowder after! 

 I am such a lucky girl to get this beer and so much sunshine fun with my girlfriends...

Shamrock 2013

This year our team exploded to 58 WOW!!! we are so close for the goal of 75!  Next year we will hit the SUPER team goal...

St Patrick's Day Wreath

I know that Valentine is just now over, but I found this super cute St Patricks Day wreath on Pinterest and I just HAVE to make it!!..

She has great instructions on how she made this, a wire coat hanger into a circle,  fabric strips 1" x 6" peices of scrap fabric.. and tie around until covered. I used just some wire that we had in the garage... got some great colored fabrics and I also spied these super cute crochet shamrocks on pinterest....

and here is my wreath..... thanks to Ashlee and Sawyer for helping to tie on the fabric strips :)

 WoooLAAA........... Finished and hung!! LUCKY :o)
